Refund Policy — 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to actually use your ABH device before deciding to keep it. That is why our guarantee is not conditional on the product being unopened.
Our 60-day guarantee
You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund. You may open the box, use the device, and test it in real conditions. If it is not right for you, we refund you.
The product must be returned in reasonable condition with its accessories. Normal use is expected and is not a reason for us to refuse a refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@abhbrand.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and answer within 24 hours on business days.
Return shipping
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: we cover the return entirely, and you may keep the original item in many cases. Contact us first — we will often simply replace it without asking for a return.
- Change of mind: return shipping is at your cost.
When you get your money back
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to display it.
If your parcel never arrived, no return is required. See our Shipping Policy: we reship or refund in full.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, wherever you live.
- European Union and United Kingdom: you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
- Australia: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- New Zealand: your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are unaffected.
- Canada and the United States: your rights under applicable federal, provincial and state consumer protection law are unaffected.
Our 60-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to these rights and does not replace or limit any of them.
Cancellations
You may cancel free of charge within 24 hours of payment if the order has not yet shipped. After dispatch, this policy applies.
