This website is operated by ABH ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products
We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. Product specifications and features may be improved over time. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue a product at any time.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes where indicated. Prices may change at any time before an order is placed. Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where we suspect fraud or a pricing error, and will refund you in full if we do.
Orders and delivery
An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details, and for what happens if your order does not arrive.
Returns and guarantee
Our 60-day money-back guarantee and your statutory rights are set out in full in our Refund Policy.
Warranty
All devices carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any legal conformity rights you have as a consumer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, liquid exposure or unauthorised repair.
Software and app
Our devices work with a companion app. Access to the app's recording and transcription functions is included with your purchase. Optional paid plans may be offered for additional capacity. We may update the app to improve it or to maintain compatibility.
Accuracy of information
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Material on the site is provided for general information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision.
Your account and conduct
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, or to submit false information. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms.
Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party sites that are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings there.
